Benny can’t help it

Apparently an “early warning sign” for criminals is unpaid speeding fines and traffic fines.  People who commit crimes do it so often they can’t help themselves.  It takes a very skilled criminal to stay within the law for small matters and only breach the law on big matters.

Similarly liars apparently can’t stop lying.  The Benanke simply can’t help himself and is getting increasingly desperate.
